• Query Parameters: 11-digit NIN or BVN identifiers submitted for validation.
• Technical Audit Logs: IP addresses, user agent strings, and timestamp records for NDPR compliance audits.

2. How Information is Used

All query identifiers transmitted to HMKVerify are strictly processed for verification against licensed database registries. We do not sell, rent, or trade personal data or identity lookups to third-party advertising vendors.

3. Data Security & Encryption

We employ end-to-end 256-bit TLS/SSL encryption for all data in transit. Database records and session tokens are encrypted at rest adhering to international cybersecurity standards.

4. Your Data Subject Rights

Under the Nigeria Data Protection Act, you have the right to request access, correction, or deletion of your personal data stored on HMKVerify. Account deletion requests can be submitted directly through your user profile settings.
